Moderation, reports & audit log

Moderation covers user bans, kicks, timeouts, nickname/username changes, message actions, role changes, reports, and audit history.

Bans add the banned role and disconnect the target; future authentication is denied. Kicks disconnect without durable exclusion. Timeouts persist a send limit and notify the target with rate_limit. The owner cannot be banned, kicked, or timed out.

Users can create reports; reviewers with review_reports can list and resolve them. Administrative mutations call auditRecord with actor, action, category, target, and details. Default retention varies by category: user/role actions 365 days, channel/server actions 180, and message moderation/default records 90.

Audit visibility uses view_audit_log; report review is a separate permission. See moderation guide.
